We're a small, founder-led team moving fast, thinking long-term, and building a growing suite of solutions around one principle: intelligence with integrity. The Role

As Ethilytics' founding Chief Technology Officer, you will own our technology function end to end, strategy, architecture, security and delivery, and report directly to the CEO as a true technical partner in shaping where the company goes next. This is a hands-on leadership role: you'll set the technical direction for every solution on our roadmap, build and lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers, data scientists and AI/ML specialists, and have the final word on the technical decisions that define how Ethilytics builds. You'll join early enough to shape the architecture, the team and the standards the rest of the company is built on.

What You Will Do

  • Own Ethilytics' technology strategy, architecture, and roadmap across the full portfolio.
  • Build, lead, and scale a multidisciplinary technology team.
  • Lead software engineering, data science, AI/ML, and technology development.
  • Transform pilot projects into scalable commercial solutions.
  • Identify emerging AI and digital technologies and turn them into business opportunities.
  • Work closely with corporate clients and leadership to align technology with business objectives.
  • Drive innovation, technical excellence, and competitive advantage.

Eligibility

  • 10+ years' experience in a CTO or equivalent senior technology leadership role.
  • BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's preferred.
  • Proven experience leading software, data, and AI/ML teams.
  • Strong experience in technology strategy, architecture, and product development.
  • Ability to take solutions from pilot/MVP to scalable deployment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, strategic thinking, and entrepreneurial skills.
  • Passion for AI, innovation, and emerging technologies.
